SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.

Orders within the United States ship for a flat fee of $3.99 for First Class USPS shipping. Orders over $40 qualify for free First Class USPS shipping, within the United States only.

International orders are welcome. The actual shipping cost for International orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of products ordered. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will accept for return, items that are in new condition. You will be asked to mail out your item(s) within 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be in their original packaging. For a full refund, please contact ashton@cobaltkeep.com to start the return process.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
